All orders can be placed online via the shopping cart checkout process of this website, using our Comodo 128-bit Secure Socket Layer encrypted connection.
Please make sure you are using the correct billing address for your credit card. We reserve the right not to ship your order if the billing address does not verify. For anti-fraud protection on some orders, we may require that the order ship directly to the billing address.
All transactions are in US dollars.

MONEY ORDER (U.S. Funds Only):
Order MUST first be placed online, selecting "Money Order" as method of payment. Money order must be for full amount of order, including tax and shipping charges. Make payable to “EliteNutrition.com” and please have your Order # written on the money order. Order will NOT be shipped until money order is received. Mail the money order and a copy of your invoice to the address on your receipt page after placing your order. You MUST include your order invoice so we can match your money order up to the order that has been placed. This can be printed out via the Order History page in your account.
We do NOT accept C.O.D. or personal checks of any kind.
We currently ship orders to all of the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. We also ship to all military APO and FPO addresses. Flat rate shipping is available for all orders shipping within the contiguous United States. The method which your order ships will be based on a number of factors such as size, weight, value, and delivery location.
POSSIBLE SHIPPING METHODS:
US Postal Service (USPS):
- First-Class Mail Parcel: Only available for items up to 13oz. Standard delivery within 2-5 business days of shipment.
- Priority Mail: Standard delivery within 1-3 business days of shipment.
- Ground / Home Delivery: Standard delivery within 1-5 business days of shipment. Saturday delivery available for residential addresses.
- SmartPost: Standard delivery within 1-10 business days of shipment.
DELIVERY TIMES: The delivery time of your order is largely based on your location. In extremely rare events, some orders may take longer due to possible shipping carrier delays which are out of our control.
FREE SHIPPING OPTION - SELECT PRODUCTS ONLY: Some products will qualify for free shipping, as noted on their description page. Please note that if your order includes other products that do not qualify you will still be responsble for the flat rate shipping fee on the order.
PROCESSING & HANDLING TIMES:
The large majority of our orders ship within 24 business hours (Monday - Friday), with many shipping the same day they are placed. The time your order takes to ship is also dependent upon the the availability of product ordered and the accuracy of the billing and shipping information you provide. In the rare event that there will be an out of the ordinary delay in shipping your order or we need additional information from you to complete the shipment, we will contact you as soon as possible. Please note that the delivery times listed are based on the date the order is shipped and do not include processing and handling times.
Special Instructions for APO/FPO orders:
WE SUPPORT OUR TROOPS! We are happy to ship orders to any military APO or FPO address via USPS Priority Mail. Please note that Shipping Insurance is not available for APO / FPO deliveries and because of this EliteNutirtion.com is not responsible for any damages or lost packages on these orders due to the extreme conditions which they must sometimes endure during shipment.
ENTERING YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS:When indicating your shipping address, please follow this format:
- City: APO, FPO, or DPO
- State: AA, AE, or AP
- Zip Code: Will begin with either 09, 34, or 96.
- Leave the "Country" as United States.
DELIVERY TIME: Accurate delivery time estimates are not available for APO / FPO orders. In addition to the delivery time that it takes USPS to get your package to the APO or FPO, you will then have to wait on the military delivering your package to you. Military delays are rare but possible and can lead to extended wait periods. Please note that the large majority of our APO / FPO customers tell us that they receive their orders within a week.
P.O. BOXES: We do ship to P.O. Boxes only via USPS (Fist Class & Priority Mail). Some large orders may not be able to be delivered to a PO Box.
CHARGES FOR RE-ROUTED PACKAGES / INCORRECT ADDRESS CORRECTIONS:
EliteNutrition.com may charge you any applicable fees for shipments that are either re-routed after leaving our warehouse or are incorrectly addressed due to customer’s error. Shipping labels are automatically generated using standardized forms of the exact shipping information you enter during the checkout process. If you provide incorrect information (including, but not limited to, wrong zip code or missing apartment number), you will be charged this fee since the shipping company will charge us for this correction. Not all orders can be re-routed. If your order is shipped USPS, it will be your responsibility to contact us and arrange and pay for a re-ship once the package is returned to us.
CHARGES FOR REFUSED & UNDELIVERED PACKAGES:
UPS, FedEx and USPS charge shippers for the return of undeliverable packages including – but not limited to – incorrect addresses, missing apartment/suite numbers, refused packages and those where three delivery attempts were unsuccessful. If your package is returned to us for any of these reasons, you will be responsible for EliteNutrition.com’s actual cost of shipping and return charges and a 20% re-stock fee will apply to all products.
SHORTAGES / WRONG PRODUCT RECEIVED:
Any shortages (missing items) must be reported to EliteNutrition.com within 24 hours of receipt. Once we are able to confirm the error, we will either send replacements or issue you a credit for the amount of any confirmed missing merchandise.
In the rare event that EliteNutrition.com ships you an item other than what you ordered (as seen on your order invoice), do not open the product or it will void your right to return it. Please contact us immediately so we can exchange it for the correct item at our expense. EliteNutrition.com is not responsible for wrong items or flavors ordered due to customer’s error.
SHIPPING DAMAGES & LOSSES:
All product leaves our warehouse in brand new, mint condition. EliteNutrition.com is not responsible for any damages, lost or stolen product on uninsured packages once the product is shipped and leaves our warehouse. This is always a result of mishandling of the package by the shipping company. We are also not responsible for heat-sensitive products that may be damaged when exposed to high temperatures during shipment. If you live in a region where high temperatures are common, you assume this risk.
If you have paid for Insurance and your order was damaged or has not been delivered, please contact us immediately so that we may file a claim with the shipping company and replace the damaged or missing product. Do not throw away any boxes and/or packing material as visual inspection of the package may be required for the claim in the case of a damage.
We currently ship International orders to Canada and Australia starting at the rate of $9.99 per pound. The cost to ship outside of the US will be based on the weight/size of the products and your location. Please add all of the products to your shopping cart and the shipping rate will be calculated during checkout. Most International orders will be shipped via FedEx International Mail Service. Some larger orders may be shipped via FedEx International Priority or Economy services as well.
If you prefer, and are willing to pay for one of these premium services for faster delivery please let us know and we can provide you with a quote. If you are located in a country not listed here and are interested in shipping outside the US, please Contact Us for further information or a shipping quote. CUSTOMS DISCLAIMER:
International customers are responsible for ensuring that any products purchased and shipped to them are able to be lawfully imported into your country. Customs laws and policies can vary greatly from country to country and can change over time. If you have any questions regarding your country’s policy we recommend you contact your country’s Customs office ahead of time to ensure the products you want to order are allowed to be imported into your country. We will not be responsible for any customs restrictions, tariffs, taxes, duties or any other regulations that may apply to countries outside the United States. We will also not be responsible for orders that may be held up or seized by customs. If your package is unable to be imported and returned to us you will be responsible for any and all actual shipping costs required to get the package back to us. We are sorry for any inconveniences and will do our best to help you in these circumstances, but please understand that we do not have control over the actions and authority of your country’s customs office.
If you decide to return or exchange any products ordered for any other reason:
- In order to qualify for return, product must be unopened, unused and in brand new manufacturer-sealed condition.
- You must contact us for a return authorization number (RMA) prior to returning any merchandise. No unauthorized returns - A valid return authorization number MUST be on the shipping label or we will refuse the package.
- All merchandise must be returned at your expense and is subject to a 20% restocking fee. Both original and return shipping charges are not refundable.
- All returns must be filed within 14 days of delivery.
- No returns will be accepted on Clearance Items, Books or DVDs. All sales are final on these items.
We absolutely DO NOT accept returns on opened products. We also do not accept returns for reasons of dislike of product taste or dissatisfaction with product results. In these situations, we recommend contacting the product’s manufacturer directly to deal with your concerns.
If for any reason you decide to cancel or change an order after it has been processed, please notify us immediately. Orders cannot be canceled or changed after they have been shipped.
If you refuse to provide required information to ship your package, your order will be canceled.
We must collect sales tax on all applicable items that are shipped within the State of Pennsylvania, where we are located. Because nutritional products and supplements are currently non-taxable in the State of Pennsylvania, most of our products are not subject to sales tax.
Non-nutritional products (such as books, DVDs and videos, workout gear, devices and apparel) are subject to sales tax in the State of Pennsylvania and a sales tax of 8% will be applied to these products on orders shipped to Pennsylvania State residents only.
By using this website, you agree that you will not chargeback any amounts charged to your credit or debit card on this site. A “chargeback” refers to a reversal of a credit/debit card charge placed. There is no reason for a chargeback to be filed on orders placed on EliteNutrition.com. If a credit is rightfully due, please contact us and we will issue it. Unnecessary chargebacks are theft and can and will be prosecuted to full extent of the law. If you feel that your credit or debit card has been used fraudulently on this website or if you have incorrect charges by us, please contact us immediately for a resolution.
Clearance items for sale on this website are limited in quantity and prices are valid only while supplies last. All sales of clearance items are FINAL. Absolutely no returns will be accepted! Please note that some of these items are close to or past their "Best By" date. These instances will always be clearly noted in product descriptions and titles.
